THE PROBLEM

Applications and renewals were scattered.

Collecting documents, reviewing applications and preparing individual press cards involved separate messages, records and design tasks.

WHAT WE BUILT

One place to apply and review.

WhatsApp phone verification, guided forms, territory selection and duplicate checks feed into an editorial review process. Approved records can generate press cards, notifications and exports.

HOW IT HELPS

Keep decisions and records together.

Editors can track applications and renewals, review submitted documents and generate cards without repeating the same layout work. Approval remains an editorial decision.
